Here’s how I made it!
- 1 ripe banana
- 1 egg (I used 100g egg whites instead)
- 40-50g oats (I used gluten free)
- 1tsp of baking powder
- add some toppings! (Optional)
Mix them all over together and place in the oven at 180° for about 15 minutes!
