Thurs morning weight 199.6. Fri morning 200.2. Leaving my weight at no change for this week based on the 2 day average. Wow...looking back at weight history shows that mid-Feb last year I was at 183.2 ... will have to look back in more detail and see what I was doing that worked last year since things are moving so slow this time around. I know that I was using Wii Fit almost daily so, I guess I will get back to that type of exercise (especially since I re-injured my knee last night with the Jillian dvd again)
