This was nearly 60g of protein and 650 calories. Picture shown is only half of the total meal/calories. I’m starting to use calorie counting more to my advantage. we’re gonna make milkshakes in the vitamix tonight. 😝

damn that's a helluva protien count for a 650 cal meal. Great job. If you have time to share the recipe My mom and I would appreciate it. If not I hope you have a wonderful day!

@meltmygut I cook intuitively soo I don’t have a recipes yet. I’m working on growing my presence in social media. So if your own tiktok or Instagram I have a process video under my page @trap_Lotus.

I'm oh so jealous. A 650 calorie meal. I am short with a slow metabolism. For me to lose weight, I have to still to around 900 calories PER DAY.
