OMG!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I have followed my calorie and carb limits. I have started walking 2-3 miles almost every day. I can feel the difference in my clothes and yet, my weight has stayed the same. Kill me!!!! Blechhhhhhhhhhhhh - WTH??

Hang in there. The weight will follow. Go by how your clothes fit. Take a look at yourself in the mirror - I bet you will see areas of your body that are getting smaller. By working out and following this diet - the weight will shift as you build muscle and lose fat.

Haha! Yes to all! As an ex competitive body builder let me just say based on my experience, regardless of what either weighs, that muscle just LOOKS better than fat does. I was once told that I looked very "compact". That was one of the best compliments I have ever received! Muscle is denser so even if that pesky # on the scale does not change when you are tighter and losing inches it feels and looks awesome :) Sounds like KimReed is on her way! Woo hoo!
