we went out to this Indian restaurant yesterday called Naantastic and it was so freaking delicious no idea how many calories i ate lol. I still recorded but i don't feel i was right. Wife bought a new blender and i have discovered protein coffee lol. 1 scoop six star Casein protein, 2tbsp of peanut butter powder, 2 cups Death Wish Coffee. 200 calories 29g of protein. hope all of the FS fam has a great day today!
