Fat secret, I've missed you! I've been so busy lately with school, yesterday we got about 10 inches of snow so school was canceled and I decided to make chicken parm and whole wheat pasta. Bad idea I ate more than I should have and now paying for it on the scale. I know I can lose the small gain in the next two days so that's what I am focusing on. My brain is focused on skinny and no snacks! I have been recording what I eat but it's on my phone. It's helping me watch all the components of what I eat (calories, fat, protein, etc.) I know I can do this. I need to continue on the downward scale. I am doing the biggest loser with my dad's team at work and I won along with another girl so we both got $4.50 this monday, I'm going for the full $9 this monday. I know I can do it, I have to focus work on not eating too many carbs.
