BCLenny's Journal, 27 Jan 11

I have been at camp for 15 days now although its not as bad as my first time its been pretty rough. The days are long and hard and my feet and knees aren't happy with me making all the miles I am. I have 6 days to go before my timeout for 7 days. As far as food goes it hasn't been great, I am doing a lot of stress eating like a piece of whatever will make it all better. I am more lonely this time around, I miss my husband and my dogs and just being home. I will weigh the day after I get home and let you all know how I made out. I am still not smoking since December 23rd so I am very proud about that but for me its like one smoke away from a pack :( Hi to all my buddies and friends I think of you often but there just never seems to be to much down time to be online, down time is usually just that "down"..lol.

Hey Lenny. I quite smoking end of November/beginning of December. Managed to make it 5 1/2 weeks while gaining like you wouldn't believe. Started right back up during Christmas break. Wouldn't ya know it - stopped again on Monday and back to eating badly. While it's hard to hear, or do, focus on remaining smoke free. Your diet can be worked on once this is done. You wont be happy if you gain, but you will be much more healthy. And besides, you already know how to lose it.

Congratualtions to both of you for stopping smoking. Keep it up! Ive been struggling to quit myself going back and forth, in the mean time driving myself nuts. I have been worried about weight gain, but kmartin u right focus on being smoke free, we can always lose the weight later and be smoke free. Keep up the good work! WE can do it!
