Despite best intentions, I've missed about 4 days of entry. With company visiting, it's hard to get on the computer. Guess I'll have to do it in the mornings or late night (in the bedrm)! Am still trying hard to refuse the bread, chips, cookies, donuts, etc offered. My SIL in a good cook and is cooking often for us but it's food I wouldn't normally eat, creamy noodles and macaroni with beef. Trying hard to focus on the salads instead. On the plus side we volunteered at a Pro Golf Event and had a great time. Trying to keep myself moving as there is a lot of sitting and chatting when one had company. I suggest a walk every night but have only been successful twice. Guess I should just get up and go. Constant struggle to toe the line...sigh.
