Had a delicious mango smoothie from a raw food restaurant. Woops! Just added up the calories. Tomorrow I'm back on 8 glasses of water a day and planning ahead!

You're doing great! I've had moments like you mentioned where I have eaten something and then figured out the calories and gone"oops!" It's all good, and ya just gotta splurge sometimes!
