I made some Baba Ganoush this afternoon! Great with some red and yellow sweet peppers!

OK that looks so delicious, I’ve heard of baba ganoush but I don’t think I’ve ever never had it and now that’s going to be on my to do list! Thanks sharing! 😉

Augusta it is super easy to make! I take the time to pull as much of the seeds out of the meat of the eggplant as I can, but I've seen recipes that dont mention that. It has a rich, smoky nuttiness to it.

I love saying “Baba ghanoush”🤣 this is the 2nd time I’ve heard someone mention it this week. I’ve never it, but now I’m curious and will have to make it! Tx!
