Ive never posted a journal, but today i became serious again about my diet. Im on atkins which is no carbs. After one day i have lost three pounds. A few months back i started at 315, and after motivation to become healthier i was down 35 pounds in a month. Holidays came around and i lost my motivation saying ill start again tomorrow. Tomorrow is finally here, four months later. i only gained a total of 7 pounds which i'm thankful for. I cant wait to live my new healthy life with the love of my life.
