I can't afford to go to the gym. I have started and continue to walk every day, but I feel like I should be doing more. Any ideas?? Thank you in advance.

There are exercise videos on youtube. One I like was Jessica Smith, she has a website www.jessicasmithtv.com. They have weight training videos too.

There are free videos on youtube or if you have a roku there are free exercise channels (my 'slow dance' exercise logs are ballet exercise videos from one of the free roku channels)Hulu and Amazon prime also have exercise videos and I believe netflix does, although we got fed up with their poor customer/tech support when compared to hulu and prime, so don't have netflix anymore. I enjoy switching up what exercise videos I do so it's nice to be able to stream on the computer or tv. Also A lot of Hulu is free on the computer so they may have exercise videos you can stream there if u don't have a script.

Thank you everybody, I will definitely check out the DVD's and videos. I work, so I have to find something I can incorporate into my life without consuming it. Walking and a workout video sounds perfect. I appreciate your ideas.

I have a set of Thera Bands, they're basically surgical tubing with handles, you can make up a set or buy the handles and tubing at a local athletic supply, I can't do without them and use them for a 45 minute upper body workout 3x / week.

I get more exercise out of my walking, which is free, than my Curves membership :) At least that's what my WW Activity Monitor tells me. I got a Fitbit in the mail today and have to get it started to see what it tells me. But I know for a fact I feel the walking making the biggest impact right now, and I am going to add weights to my hands to help with my upper body conditioning while I'm walking. So go for it !!
