It has been kinda a rough week. I'm not sure if I have mentioned this but.. I am in the middle of dealing with a broken hand and the surgery that was needed for it. I was out of work for 5 weeks while healing. I just returned back to work this week and its been a little difficult sticking to the schedule. I have still stuck to my diet pretty well and I only missed one day of treadmill. I am really craving getting back into the gym but cannot until I get this cast off and get this hand close to 100% again. Went up almost 2 pounds this week but hit it hard the last couple of days and hit my weeks low. I am extremely dedicated to lose this weight and to get back in shape.
