Tend to just use mobile app but thought I’d see what else I can find out. My exercise comes from Apple Health/Garmin. Does anyone else find this accurate? Think the 2nd is well out 4 miles walk, 15 mile cycle, total 11,106 steps

I don’t think the cycling is counted in those steps. Sounds about right for the walk. You may need to tell it about the cycle separately unless you are wearing a heart rate monitor that links up?

Mharinnic I tend to use the calories in calories out (CICO) as a rough guide, I am not very good at measuring things out.

Chestnut thanks, I must admit I don't weigh everything all the time (mostly as I have two teenage girls!) also helps if I eat a lot of the same thing as I have good idea of what's on my plate.
