MUST Focus on eathing Healthy and not so much on dieting. Yesterday I didn't eat any fruit or vegetables. Saved my calories so I could have my weakness snack of 40% less fat Cape Cod Chips and Hot Sauce. Ate my snack pretty much for dinner. MUST MUST focus on healthy whole foods!!!
