Well not doing as well as I wish sticking to my diet. I am cooped up in the house and all I want to do is eat. I have not been very good my discipline has waned badly I need to and want to get back on the program. I also suck at exercising lately. Back in the day I would go to the gym and work out for 1 to 2 hours. I would do cardio then weights now I just don't have the desire. I gotta do something instead of pouting about it. Well I guess I will go get my rear end on the elliptical for a while since I got nothing else. blah blah blah!!!!
