I HATE the scale!! I have been trying and trying and I cannot lose weight!! I walk every day (which is new), I watch what I eat and the scale won't budge. I am soooooooooooooo frustrated. **SCREAMS**

Go to Doctoroz.com website and read his 2 weeks detox diet. You don't have to do the two weeks. Try it for 3 to 4 days and you'll see the scale move. I love it!!

Try doing different exercises or even try walking faster and see if that helps

Are you drinking lots of water?

Decrease your calories a bit. Maybe by 200 or 300 a day and see if that makes a difference.

Are you measuring yourself? Are you losing inches? Change your routine or what you eat. Try a different exercise. Good luck. Don't give up.

I went through the same thing. . My trainer told me to not lose hope. He told me not to get disheartened and do the following
- drink enough water
- have enough sleep at night
- ignore the scales and continue your exercise regime
- eat very clean food
Sometimes you can get "stuck" on the scale. . Just keep doing what you're doing. If you can bring up your exercise intensity a bit then do that too.
Don't lose hope. . You can do it! !!! :)

Thank you all for your comments and your support. I appreciate it very much. I am still going to take this journey and am so glad to have the support of others on the same ride. I will tweak my calories, up my exercise and keep my fingers crossed for all of us. LETS DO THIS!!
