I was terrible on no-carbs both Sunday and my day off, Monday. It's Tuesday now and I have no bad food left in my home. Back on track for the week. Still try and stay under 20 carbs per day.
76.7 kg Lost so far: 7.3 kg.    Still to go: 15.4 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.
