I've been dieting for a few weeks now. I've managed to drop from 352 to 338, but I still have a long road ahead of me. I decided to join this site to find a little extra support for when I feel like throwing in the towel and hitting the nearest buffet.
I've been big my entire life and have dieted countless times in the past. I need to change many of my bad habits, even if it is one at a time. I have more at stake than just my own health and happiness now. I have a 2yr old son who is very active and I feel like such a poor mother when I have to sit on the sidelines instead of joining in the fun. My goal is of course to lose some weight and wear smaller sizes, but most importantly is to get healthy and be able to participate in my lil guys life more :)
