Just cook off some onion and garlic add vegetable stock and water. Bring to boil ..add frozen garden peas...cook for 10 minutes...whiz down with hand blender..cook down until you reach the consistency you like...really cook down if you want a pea puree...250 grams is about 90 cals...😉
