I'm not stepping on the scale for a month!!! This daily roller-coaster is not helping my mental state. I'm doing great on my food tracking, coming in at or under my daily allowance. I'm working out daily and embarking on a couch to 5K routine to become a runner. I've never exercised like this and have never been this healthy in my life and THAT is what I'm going to focus on. I'll check my weight in a month, and meanwhile I'll focus on other health accomplishments.

Good for you! I am sooo tempted to do that myself but I am not sure I would have the motivation and willpower to do the right things if I didn't use the scale as a check on my progress. The down one day up the next cycle is really frustrating.

Good for you. I would recommend calculating your recommended daily caloric intake because very sadly I stared eating below 1000 calories a day and exercising 1-3 hours 7 times a week and now I’m at risk of going in hospital due to anorexia. I don’t want anyone to go through wh at I’m going through so KEEP EATING and LET TOYR BODY REST!

I bought a scale that tells me body fat , water, and muscle weight. I see it all as information. I weigh myself in the morning and night and take an average. During the day, weight can fluctuate by two pounds.

Worse thing you can do love is weight all the time. Once or twice a week is more mentally healthy. Your doing great by keeping it up

Haha, that's the spirit! I like your motivation. When we are nervous about our weight so much, our body starts to storage fat. Staying focused on the bright side of the day is really nice!
