Back from vacation. Gained, as expected. Might be a combination of gain and inflammation as it's hard to find gluten free when traveling. Had a total blast and will definitely do it again!!!
101.4 kg Lost so far: 42.0 kg.    Still to go: 1.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

I know! But was able to mostly stick with it. Did find out hard cider is gluten free so that's a plus. I'm not a big alcohol drinker but it's nice to know i can have it.
