Todays a serious day for letting my body know I'm loosing a portion of that extra baggage .... No oils, No Proteins (maybe shrimp) No Diary, No Bread or pasta. A good romaine salad and veggies that's it! OK maybe a whiskey. maybe...
My goal is 170 by Sunday! here's what Ive been doing: Coffee in the morning, followed by an apple for a mid day snack (2 to 4pm) when the hunger pangs start talking. One single meal of ANYTHING I want for dinner as long as it does not exceed my Calorie count of 1500 that day. I loose weight best when that count comes in around 1200. plus exercise. Everyones different.. The end of the night, 8pm and later gets tougher not to eat something. So I try to eat dinner as late as 8pm but normally around 630 - 7pm . If I do eat something its a Grapefruit of Orange. When you loose weight this way your daily meal tastes awesome! Smells get more intense. Flavors pop! A good walk for the pooches around 10pm I believe that sets my body up for the night and for a good digestion.
