I set a mini goal for this week...I would like to weigh in at 195lbs this Sun....so I'm going to try and make sure I work out 6 days this week and really bring it when I do. Day 1 was a success...I worked out so hard I was shaking when I was done, but I needed too...it has been a few days since I did any exercise. I'm going to try to get in a two mile jog tomorrow and do some light weights at home and then Wed back to the gym to really push myself. I haven't been feeling sore after working out so hopefully I can remedy that this week...go the extra mile and burn some fat off :)
