Problem is if we give up, we will just get bigger and more unhealthy and tired and disappointed in ourselves. #thestruggleisreal

Girl, you can do this. I've lost 75 lbs in the last year. I've lost 100 lbs from my highest weight. I never, ever thought I could do it. I can't even express to you how much better you will feel, and how much better your quality of life will be. Don't give up, just keep plugging along, doing the work. The payoff will be off the charts!

@Suezeequecc No way! We have many options and giving up isn't one of them. We all have our ups and downs. Sometimes we have more downs than ups and that's okay. Don't lose hope. Every successful story has a history of struggles. Dust yourself off and keep going- you can do this! We are here for you. I've had a terrible week and was binge eating from stress but I know I want to lose weight and get fit. I just continued on the next day. Have you joined any challenges? They might motivate you more. @Larilyn That's awesome! Just yesterday I was thinking and imagining if I'll ever see a 100 lb weight loss. That day will be one of the happiest days of my life. In the meantime, step-by-step.

NO NO NO NO> That's no so. Where there is a will there is a way. Never give up on yourself. If you wasn't determined to make a change, you wouldn't be on this page. There is always HOPE. Come on you can do this.

Weight loss is a frustrating struggle. The rewards are great! Healthier, stronger, more confidence, great NSVs, etc. The list is almost endless. You can do this!

Hey Suezee, don't give up, treat each day as it's own goal. Let's win one day at a time, i.e today I met my water drinking goal, I was more active/walked, I stayed away from junk food. You can do this, one day at a time. For me I recognized that my scale doesn't always reflect the truth of our weight loss, use measurement and fitness goals as a better measure of how things are going, the scale will eventually reflect the loss. I'm praying for you🙏🏽

Don’t give up. If you screw up one day - just pick it back up the next day. I have faith in you! You can do this 👏

I can relate. Nothing has worked for me. I am now in the process of completing requirements for gastric bypass surgery. Just wanted you to know you’re not alone.
