Very interesting. Kale is good for you, right?! I like kale. I eat green salads and I drink green smoothies w/kale in them. They're gRRRRrrrreat! :-P

I'm new to kale and I really don't know what to do with it. I mean what you have looks good. I guess what I wonder is how the mix taste.
