I've been gaining so much weight that I can't fit in any of my cloths. I want to eat healthier which mean cutting out refined foods and eating more fruit and vegetables and whole grains.I also want to exercise more. To stop eating after dinner and to drink more water. To eat smaller portions and to eat more often and only when I'm hungry and to stop eating when I'm full. Please help me Lord for I can't do this alone.
