24 january i need help ....anyone..... i started a diet plan with a dietitian and all her meals do not go above 1000 calories ,yet i do exercise almost everyday m hungry by time i want to sleep does calorie count matter or what i eat i am confused .

I'm not a dietitian, and I see that you are working with one. Have you discussed this with her? If your calorie intake is that low and on top of that you exercise, you might not be eating enough. That might be a reason you are hungry, because your body needs fuel. What I would suggest is write your food intake as well as exercise. Show it to your dietitian the next time you see her and ask her if the calorie deficit might be too high.
