I’ve stayed under my calorie goal of 1800 but I’ve eaten total rubbish! Mother’s Day treats!
Aiming to lower my intake to 1600 and try harder to eat more nutritional foods less processed stuff.

Same eaten lots of cake and crisps today ...altho I'm too scared to put my cals in...although both breakfast and dinner was healthy so I.might be alright. Still we gotta enjoy our day haven't we?

Sure! I was scared to input mine but it’s done now ... may be under the goal but so totally unhealthy and probably makes no difference how many calories it was... still very bad! But oh so good 😋

Hi hope your well. I have just joined this. May i please ask. How do i change the calorie calculator from 1800 to 1200 or is it not possible? Also how much have u been losing since doing calorie counting?

Nabbm you can change your RDI in the settings 😊 I haven’t lost much because what I did lose, I gained again! So I’m starting over. Best of luck!
