I met my goal today! Yeah! with a small buffer. With a little discomfort while shedding the extra weight.... it is worth the extra energy I'm getting, The lighter I feel. I think I'll reward myself with a full rack of ribs, French fries, a large coke and that banana / vanilla wafer pudding they make. well maybe not. but I can fantasize.
