I got up on time finally and was able to prep and pack lunch for my husband and boyfriend for work. Tried to set them up for a good day. I found myself not tempted to eat a stray potatoes here or sample the beef there, thus remaining in my fast for this 16 hour window.
I also journals for an hour and was amazed when I realized I had dumped 5 pages! I came to the conclusion that I need to stop putting off one form of healing to work on another. My mental and physical health need to be a simultaneous rebuild. I need to find the balance between caring for both.
So I am taking a small nap, then hitting today with all I've got!
