It's Wednesday and I have made an amazingly simple discovery. If I keep myself physically and mentally active I don't want to eat. Go figure. So I have done just that! Plus I have been hitting the job center everyday and e-mailing the good old resume out. Today I even had a telephone interview which was step one of the process. Don't know what will come of it, but it's a start and a positive one at that. Plus I've also been trying to add more walking into my daily routine as well. I have found that has helped even though it has been bone chilling temperature here. Slowly we all must move forward. Oh and one more thing I have been buying very little food wise but the food I am purchasing I try to make as diet friendly as possible.
Today I am grateful for: Family Friends far and near Positive energy The phone interview that gave me a little shot of confidence.
