I know I shouldn't have eaten the chocolate chip muffin today but after 2 days of barely eating it actually sounded good to me. I've had trouble finding an appetite after ending my relationship, I couldn't even finish a Lean Cuisine lunch today! Hopefully that snack won't set me behind, but I just needed something that actually tasted good today.

This might sound funny but something that might help you out would be eating more!... good things that is. I found that eating 6 smaller meals a day helped because I wasn't hungry at all and it is suppose to balance your sugars as well so you dont get as many cravings for sweets. There are lots of diets to like the one I'm on where the food tastes amazing so you can make it a life style change... rather then something to just loose weight now.. then fall back into your old life style.

Hey Gecko Girl! The diet I have been following as been about 4-6 meals per day but after the recent break up with my boyfriend and best friend of 3 years my appetite has been non-existent. When I saw that muffin yesterday I thought to myself, I think I could actually eat that and I did. I still lost a pound yesterday even with the muffin! Thanks for your pointers and good luck to you!
