Here’s the recipe:
Ingredients:
- 1/4 cup oats (about 32g but I used 25g)
- 10g of protein powder
- 35g banana
- 1/4 cup egg white
- 1/4 cup milk (I used alpro soya unsweetened)
Mix all of the ingredients together and fry your pancakes! I used the 1cal spray instead of oil.

pcrav1992 - yes! The toppings that I used was some natural yogurt (about 30 cals for 50g for the one I used). About 25g of blueberries and 13g of of maple syrup dessert sauce.
