Got off my kiester and just clipped off 20 minutes on the treadmill and a little upper body work on the universal. Didn't really put my all into it,,,sorry self,,,but at least I wacked off some extra calories for the day!

You stop with that silly apologizing stuff, woman! I have plenty of rough days when I get off the treadmill & think "wow, I really sucked." But compared to the hundreds of people I know who don't exercise at all, I'm a friggin rock star. And SO ARE YOU. Work it girl!!!
