Made this FANTASTIC chicken/quinoa bowl for dinner last night! It has red and yellow sweet peppers, onions, mushrooms, broccoli, cauliflower and of course, chicken and quinoa. Seasoned with garlic, lime, cumin, chili, paprika, and parsley. Definite keeper!
