Well life is definitely getting in the way of getting to 11 stones but I am feeling very healthy and can control my eating which I would not have been able to say 6 months ago. Off to Fuerteventura next Wed for a week of sunshine so am back on track till then - 10 days of plenty of healthy food, little or no alcohol and plenty of exercise.
