Oh what a bad day. Fell badly off the wagon - did try to keep it low but really blew the RDI today. Lack of exercise didn't help. Should've gotten to the gym. Instead entertained friends most of the day, food, drink, riverside bar, ate out...indulged in dessert...fresh start tomorrow...Fresh start tomorrow!!!

ahhh so what, we're only young once and we need to enjoy more than deny.. so yes tomorrow, I'd sing like Annie but you don't want to hear my singing.... no regrets, just move on.

I know this can be tough, I am new, started January 1st and I have lost 15 pd's. But I am so mixed up about what to do. I am told to eat things I like but count them but when I do this, it's so hard for me to get back eating healthier foods. I am trying to stay around 1600 calories. Shouldn't be tough but it is. I have another72 pd's. To go, any advice is welcomed.

can't see what you're eating Margo, but my choice is 0 processed foods, all real natural and nutritious foods are the only things I eat. When I eat protein and healthy fats i'm never hungry and always maintain about 1200 calories. I know everyone says not to go below that but to lose I have to, I also find that as I get older I can't eat the volume I used to which is a good thing. So now I graze. The only large meal I eat consistantly is my breakfast.

Thank you mummy dee, I sure needed a friend this morning. I gained 2pds. ,I don't feel I deserved that. Lots of good days and 1bad day, This tells me I can't ever have pizza or maybe always just 1 piece with a huge salad. I don't feel sorry for myself but just don 't understand , this seems so unfair.

I like mummydee eat whole foods, a little differently than she does as I eat more grains, it's hard for me most days to reach my 1200 calories, I simply can't eat that much. Pizza can be good just a piece or two, now and then not a steady diet.
