Mine is usually a coffee protein shake. coffee, half a cup of sweetened almond milk, collagen powder and a scoop of protein powder. It's usually around 160 calories and keeps me full until late morning or right up to lunch.

Black coffee with whole earth stevia, steel cut oatmeal with grounded flaxseed and unsweetened almond milk, multivitamins, Metamucil about ten minutes after that. But mostly water throughout the day and then lunch it’s mostly where I get my most of my meal that’s usually a salad and chicken, a vegan protein shake, and dinner is usually light before 7pm. I’m going to start the Sirt foods shake this week!

Bakeeza— I liked at your profile and bio, but nothing there.. I’m guessing you use this site for monitoring your nutrition, as I do, and not as a weight loss program. Am I correct?

My go to breakfast is a bowl of fresh fruit....watermelon, strawberries, blueberries, mango, raspberries, tangerine, pomegranate are some of my choices. That adds up to between 75 to 100 calories. With that I have half a bagel with peanut butter. I do mix it up with eggs, pancakes, bacon some days. My morning meal is usually eaten between 11 & noon.

if you like cereal, oats and sliced banana, with some honey, or if you like smoothies mix low/no fat greek yoghurt, milk, banana, cinnamon, strawberry. or something similar. I've actually dropped a stone in 2 weeks way to fast so I'm monitoring my calories now

Your post got me to thinking so today I went crazy and changed it up! I had 2 pieces lc toast, guacamole spread on each one, leftover chicken, topped each with an egg.

Hard boiled eggs. I make enough for 3 days at a time & it helps keep me away from quick grabs like toast. Extra bonus: I feel fuller for the rest of the day (cuts down on snacking).

My favorite GO TO for breakfast is a "salad" I put together years ago. It may sound strange but everyone who has tried it has really liked it.
Cottage Cheese, Hard Boiled Egg, Diced Tomatoes, Tabasco, S&P
A former co-worker liked to add Avo but I usually pair it with a couple of crispy turkey bacon strips.
