really need to change my outlook on food. it’s not terrible, it just doesn’t seem to work for me anymore- my body’s gotten used to the same foods. decided that starting tomorrow, I will *try* to focus less on the macros and more on the experience and feelings I get when I eat the food. of course, I will still track my calories (just not obsessively.. I don’t think that’s very healthy for me). less ‘there’s too much of this in that’ and more ‘how would I feel after this meal, would it help me get closer to my goal, have I earned this meal?’
ever since I changed my diet, it’s been soooo expensive (especially as a student) and I haven’t been able to eat as much of my family’s cooking 😢 experiment week!
