Ok something is not rite, maybe I should reconsider my diet and try low calorie, under 1500...

Maybe...you seem to have the best calorie deficit when you eat 75-80% of what you have your RDI currently set to. Is this your first time doing Atkins?

Redgirl: what's wrong is I'm not losing. Tubbs: no I've done Atkins b4. Worked fine but now it's so damn difficult, I feel limited cos of 20g carbs a day, I start day rite and then at the end I pig out! Eating popcorn after dinner at around 10pm! This is NO good, I NO like :( Evie: I am a short midget person yes, 5'2'' and my body type is really tiny. I know I don't look horrible but I can feel my fats sitting on my belly and legs laughing at me with this cold stone voice.. I am active, maybe not as much as I want to cos of winter, it's killing me!

Actually, Evie, for someone who is 5'2, a goal weight of 100 lbs is completely reasonable. That would still give our good friend Kate a BMI of 18.5--if she were to get any lower than that though, THEN she would be borderline-underweight for her height. Then again, a BMI chart is just a chart. It all depends on body fat %, body frame, and where the "dieter" feels most comfortable (according to the supposed "chart" I'm underweight, but don't look like it *at all* because I have a petite frame and higher body fat percentage). Also not sure if i'd trust a "firming lotion"... Kate, my only suggestion would be to maybe switch diets...calorie counting allows you to eat whatever you want, but in moderation. Personally, I've always felt that watching your carb intake would only be a quick fix. Carbs fill you up! That's probably why you're so hungry...you're not getting enough! Sorry for all the grumpin' but I just want to make sure you're happy and healthy on your "journey." Hope you have a great weekend, girlie! :D

Tubbs: I totally agree, don't trust lotions. It's like a magic potion u put on u and all the sudden u cured, skinny and healthy? Sorry Evie, thank u but no thank u! :) My lowest weight was 95 lbs and I felt great! Felt like a feather lmao This weight I'm having rite now is not comfy for me, I feel like a have a pillow on my stomach when I sit down, I believe I need to work on my abs more. I wanna try the calorie thing since my bfr kept telling me that that's the only thing that works, maybe he is a genius? Anyway, I'm gonna be a guiny pig from now on and experiment, don't like to feel limited! Arghhhhhhhhhhhh...

Exactly! It's wherever your body feels most comfortable. 95 seems a tad underweight (if you look at that stupid chart again), but if you're still healthy, feel good, and aren't doing anything crazy to stay there, then you should be fine! 100 lbs sounds good though, I think you've set a good goal for yourself :) Personally, I've tried oodles of ways to lose weight...and the calorie counting method has been the best (I eat whatever I want, but in moderation!Mmmm bagels, pudding, BOOZE ). But you shouldn't ever feel like you're starving yourself! Maybe try finding your BMR and base your RDI for calories around that...?

Haha there is no way I wpuld ever starve myself! I eat more than my bfr for christ sake! lol It's funny but people think I don't eat at all to stay skinny, that is so NOT true! :) I love to eat! :) 95 was probably bad cos I got there cos I went thru some rough times in my life, so it wasn't healthy way, I just lost cos coudn't eat that's all.. 100 is perfect so I'll be aiming for that one!

Ha! Samesies. My bf got upset with me the other day because he said i'm constantly eating and can't figure out where i'm putting it :P (But if I'm always eating small little meals, I don't gorge <except for today haha>). Just be sure to keep it safe! Have a faaaaantastic weekend, Chica :D
