Kalo aku biasanya habis wo langsung mandi, selain risih sama keringat sendiri yg buat badan jadi lengket" aku juga gamau kena penyakit gegara ga segera bersihin badan habis wo yg buat banjir keringat hahahaha lagipun bagus loh buat tubuh kalau mandi habis wo. Tapi aku baca baiknya habis wo itu mandinya pake air hangat jangan air dingin, karena kalau pakai air hangat otot bakalan jadi lebih rileks dan ga tegang, jadi besoknya itu otot ga bakalan buat sakit badan.
