this is the first day for the rest of your life. i know you've done this before. i know you've tried a hundred times. i know it hurts. you want to be thin, but you don't want to do the work. you remember how far you've come, you remember what it was like to be 250 and that's what you want. you have to remember that its yours for the taking. everything you desire is right outside of your comfort zone. you can change your future. you can feel good about yourself. you expect others to love you, but you don't love yourself. love yourself.
