Doing really well I think. I have to make myself eat. I have no appetite.Exercising with the wii and stability ball, etc. On Jan 3rd,11 I was 212 when I started to eat better, but at the time did not cut all the carbs. Just ate whole grain bread and pasta instead of the white stuff, but I still had a big appetite. Did loose 5 pounds by eating healthier, and then i started low carbing on the 15th I think, and can't believe the lack of hunger I have. Feel real good with the excepting of crying all the time.
