I have been sick the last few days eating more crabs than usual. I am hoping that as I start to feel better I can cut the wheat back down again. I'm hoping to see the scale drop another pound but I can't see it by this Saturday maybe next Saturday.

I know what you mean. When I am feeling sick I crave the carbs too. Hang in there, being sick doesn't last.
