Today I changed my goal weight from 180 lb to 200 lb 180 lb is my aspirational weight whilst 200 lb is the upper limit for my height. My plan is to aim fo 200 lb by the end of October. I found a lot some useful information from fellow member Draglist
blog at www.diettruth.org and used the simulator at http://www.niddk.nih.gov/research-funding/at-niddk/labs-branches/LBM/integrative-physiology-section/body-weight-simulator/Pages/body-weight-simulator.aspx to calculate target calorie consumption
