Liver and onions 😂 My husband really wanted ramen noodles today so I’ve made myself a Turkish take on liver (he hates it) just fried in a bit of chilli on a parsley, red onion and sumac salad.

I am definitely moving in now! I LOVE Liver and I am the only one.. My son would cry if I even cooked it in the house 😭

Thanks Hodge, it was just the ticket! MissMac, I think my husband was traumatised by school dinner liver, so usually I would choose it in a pub but obviously that’s not been happening of late!

Haha no Hodge it was all undercooked liver full of tubes apparently. 😱😱😱😱 And even after 40 years it is still TOO SOON to try it done right.
