Selina, I always have frozen green beans in as an alternative to rice or potatoes. They’re just brilliant with so many things. And I definitely do prefer them on many occasions.

Yeh I defo think I could do that. Green beans and tenderstem are so tasty. My body really reacts to certain food...like it's grateful! Which I bet it is...not that I eat badly lol! You have so many great tips Janus.💫
