Can I ask a silly question. How did you do your chicken? What marinade or paste did you use? Looks great and low in calories. Thanks 😊

Not a silly question at all! The marinade is made with 80g fage Greek style fat free yoghurts and then add all the spices you want, for this one I done a tikka spice mix with plenty of other seasonings thrown in, put the chicken in and leave in fridge for a couple of hours for best results. Normally I put mine on skewers and grill, but my chicken was a little flat today so instead I shoved it in a pan with excess marinade.
