nothing psycho about it. I have been weighing daily for the better part of two years. I don't necessarily log it all. but it certainly helps me to learn about how various food types, stress, exercise, calorie consumption etc all affect Natural weight fluctuations. I also know now exactly how many days it takes my body to recover from eating things that bloat me. so if you're using it as a tool to learn, you're only helping to strengthen your mind when it comes to removing food related guilt and shame that we are all so programmed to experiencing.

@Shereen I love that way of looking at it. I have certainly learned since last weekend a bit more about which foods and combinations work for me and exactly how you said, how long it takes my body to recover from them
